Quicker Results
A study on the effectiveness of hypnotherapy was conducted by Dr. Alfred Barrios. First published in The Psychotherapy Journal of the American Psychiatric Association. This peer-reviewed paper revealed the following findings:
Hypnotherapy
Recovery Rates 93%
Number of Sessions 6
Behavioral Therapy
Recovery Rates 72%
Number of Sessions 22

Psychoanalysis
Recovery Rates 38%
Number of Sessions 600

Barrios concluded that hypnosis offered significant benefits for those suffering from anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, alcoholism, and asthma. Barriers to implementation among mental health professionals include a lack of training in graduate programs.
Added Benefit

Concluded that individuals who had participated in hypnosis alongside cognitive behavioral therapy demonstrated higher recovery rates than that of those who participated in cognitive behavioral therapy alone.

Alladin Alladin and Alibhai’s (2007) Studied two groups of individuals with diagnosed depression. One group was treated with cognitive behavioral therapy and the other group was treated with cognitive behavioral therapy and hypnosis. Results indicated remarkable improvements for both groups with additional improvement for those who had participated in CBT and hypnosis. Results were consistent at the 6 month and 12 month follow-up

Part of our IOS

Hypnosis is a natural brain wave state we access daily. Our brains recycle 80% of the same thoughts from one day to the next unless we program our subconscious minds.
With the addition of social media, streaming platforms, and the dopamine rush of likes online we have inadvertently fell into a state of hypnosis being programmed by whatever we give attention to.
With this in mind, why not program your mind to focus on your goals, relationships, and open yourself up to a life designed and
authored by you.

The power of your mind is profound. What you consume is what you believe. Your perception is your reality. Why not program your mind to expect the best in life, reach your goals, download the wisdom of masters, and live and win intensely in the game of life.
